This museum-quality collection of ancient coins represent twelve of the most influential religions of the ancient world. These genuine bronze and silver coins were minted over a span of two millennia by the actual civilizations that practiced each of the 12 most important religions of antiquity. Each authentic coin is protected in an archival capsule and beautifully displayed in a deluxe custom made hardwood case. The case features brass hardware with a rich, forest-green velour interior and a black brass plaque inscribed with a list of the twelve coins. The deluxe case and a certificate of authenticity come packaged in an attractive black embossed gift box.
Naturally, we were able to create only a limited number of collections−the result of great effort by a group of dedicated, professional numismatists over a period of many years who have searched the world over for a few surviving specimens of coins from these different cultures. These historic ancient coins were struck or cast by ancient minting methods. No two collections of coins are exactly the same. The coins have all been inspected for quality and authenticity, expertly conserved and attributed to their respective civilizations and nations, then encapsulated in custom made archival materials and presented in a specially designed, handmade, hardwood and brass display case.
