For more than 1500 years, the Kingdom of Camelot has cast its mystical spell over our imaginations. Poets, artists, authors, and musicians have woven the threads of King Arthur’s legend into a rich tapestry of lore and romance. While coins depicting kings and queens of England have been minted since the Middle Ages, it was not until the 1,500th Anniversary of King Arthur’s reign in 1996 that actual British legal tender coins were minted to honor the legend of King Arthur: The Camelot Collection. Now, we have secured a limited number of these historic coins directly from the mint and are making them available to our ustomers. Each coin is Cupro Nickel, struck to Brilliant Uncirculated condition and bears a denomination of One British Crown.
